About Nancy

Nancy Riegel is a Certified Executive Coach, leadership consultant, speaker, and author with more than 30 years of experience supporting leaders, teams, and organizations through growth, change, and workplace challenges.

Through coaching, speaking, and leadership development, Nancy supports women as they grow in confidence, strengthen communication skills, and lead with greater clarity, wisdom, and purpose.

Her background spans healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and energy, where she has worked alongside executives, physicians, and organizational leaders to strengthen communication, leadership, workplace culture, and people strategies.

Nancy is the Founder of Proactive Health Solutions Inc. and holds certifications in executive coaching, life coaching, and leadership development, including Korn Ferry Leadership Architect™ and Voices 360™. She is completing a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies through Royal Roads University and also holds a Harvard Healthcare Economics online certificate.

She is also the author of multiple books focused on leadership, workplace culture, and personal growth.

Outside of her professional work, Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband Tim, their pup Trixie, flowers, and everyday moments that bring beauty and balance to life.
