With decades of experience in executive coaching, team management, and organizational development, Nancy has built a reputation for blending emotional intelligence and practical strategy to help leaders navigate the complexities of today’s high-pressure workplace.
Nancy's personal journey has profoundly shaped her coaching philosophy. As a single mom for 16 years and later facing physical challenges that required time in a wheelchair, she understands the weight that leaders carry both professionally and personally. Nancy firmly believes in never giving up and rejecting a victim mindset. She knows firsthand the challenges of overcoming the fear of never being enough. Whether it’s navigating complex leadership roles, managing high-performing teams, or dealing with personal stress, Nancy offers coaching that is compassionate, realistic, and results-driven.
With her lived experience and a commitment to providing practical tools, Nancy helps leaders rise above challenges, communicate effectively, and lead with purpose and authenticity.
Credentials
Nancy holds a Master of Interdisciplinary Studies (currently pursuing), is a Certified Executive Coach, Certified Life Coach, and a Certified Personality Dimensions™ Trainer. She is also certified in Lominger Korn Ferry Leadership Architect™, Visions 360™, and is currently advancing her knowledge through the Harvard Health Economics course.
