Full-Day Calgary Workshop
Creating Your Dream Team
A Practical Workshop for Medical Office Assistants
The Role Is Changing
Today’s Medical Office Assistants are trusted members of the healthcare team.
Every day, MOAs manage competing priorities, support physicians, communicate with patients, coordinate care, solve problems, and contribute to the overall success of the medical practice.
While many MOAs receive training on office procedures, scheduling, and electronic medical records, much of what it takes to thrive in today’s healthcare environment is learned on the job.
This workshop was created to bridge that gap through practical tools, real-world examples, and meaningful discussion.
