From Fear to Freedom – A Life Update
Hi Friends,
Things are really moving in my life—and I can confidently say it’s because I made some key adjustments in how I’ve been showing up.
What once felt scary and intimidating is now fun and exciting. When you choose to move fear into the back seat of your life, it’s incredible what begins to shift.
Some of you may not know this part of my story—but there was a time I lived from a wheelchair. My health had reached an all-time low, and I was filled with hopelessness. Eventually, I realized something powerful: my thoughts—and the negativity I had believed about myself—had a huge role in putting me there.

Now I guard my thoughts with intention. I speak life, not limitation. And the result? Transformation.
