Leadership Foundations a Course for Women

You will have the opportunity to develop confidence in your voice, establish healthy boundaries, and learn how to gently guide others through change with intention and calm authority. Designed for both new and emerging leaders, this course supports you as you take the next step in your leadership journey with confidence and integrity.

Taught by Nancy Riegel, each module will take you step-by-step into decades of leadership insight shaped by real-world experience—much of it within male-dominated environments. Nancy gained the respect of her colleagues through hard work, and understanding how to help others succeed. She helps leaders cultivate an authentic leadership style grounded in clarity, self-awareness, and conviction. Nancy Riegel is a three-time author, speaker, and executive coach with over 30 years of experience working alongside senior leaders and executives. Her specialty lies in approaching complex systems through a clear, simplified lens—using thoughtful examination and science-based approaches to create meaningful, sustainable change.
