-
Build a hiring system that aligns every MOA decision with the purpose of your surgical practice—so you attract people who naturally support your standards, values, and patient-care priorities. This ensures you stop “hoping for the right person” and start intentionally building a team that reflects your mission.
-
Create a structured, reliable onboarding system that eliminates confusion and dramatically reduces early turnover by teaching your MOA exactly how your clinic runs. You’ll walk away with a repeatable framework that gets new hires competent, confident, and contributing within weeks—not months.
-
Learn the people-and-culture tools surgeons were never taught—clear expectations, structured feedback, boundary-setting, and conflict-prevention. These leadership strategies remove staff drama, reduce emotional labor, and ensure your MOA knows exactly what “excellent” looks like every single day.
-
Design predictable workflows that reduce errors, shorten turnaround times, and protect your OR schedule. You’ll leave with a reliability system that transforms inconsistent performance of your office into smooth, efficient, measurable operations that enhance the entire patient journey.
-
Build a culture where the right MOAs stay, grow, and take ownership of their role—reducing your turnover costs and strengthening long-term stability. This mastery area shows you how to create trust, recognition, accountability, and a workplace environment where top-tier support staff want to stay. We cover boss - employee relationship, policy, and reward and recognition based in science and proven case studies.

Payment secures your participation. If you’re questioning whether this session is worth it, let me be direct: in a surgical office, time is money — and trust is everything.
We have lived this reality from both sides: as a surgeon and as a leadership expert working deep inside clinical teams. One wrong hire can cost you tens of thousands of dollars.
One underprepared MOA can derail your schedule - costing you even more money.
One unstable front office can disrupt your OR flow, patient satisfaction, billings — and your peace of mind. You simply cannot afford to “hope” the next person works out.
This workshop shows you how to end that cycle for good.
